Here you can take a cosy seat by the fireplace with the stylishly comfortable wingback chairs amongst bear skins, antlers and even a welcome ibex. The ideal place for good conversation, laughs and, of course, mixing! Shaken or stirred? That is the question.

And then there are also the home-distilled liqueurs from Franz junior. Hazlenut, quince or apricot? The rare sloe - in high percentage form? Perhaps also a raspberry or base liqueur from Nadine’s cabinet? One thing is sure: before dinner, after dinner, or during. There’s always time for a little drink!


And for those who like their drinks mixed, Franz can mix a cocktail for you personally.

Preferably with his G.Punkt, the multi-award-winning gin with top secret recipe. His signature drink is the “Tauern Mule” made with mint, ginger, cucumber and juniper berries. Sounds interesting. And it’s very palatable and moreish!

Or would you, instead, perhaps prefer something exotic, alpine – or perhaps traditional and classic? A beer or craft beer is also an option. Or a glass of wine, we even offer our own “sinneslust” edition. In white, red and sparkling.
